HUNTED Stranger Sewers Guide

Plan a Stranger Sewers clear, track opened gates, manage Dread Ducky pressure, and separate the official completion, gate, and S Rank badge goals.

Stranger Sewers is the official HUNTED place with ID 95211388186571. Its public badges provide three separate goals: Sewer Master for completing the stage, Open Gate Policy for opening all gates in the sewers, and Ducky Boss for an S Rank. Treat them as distinct attempts until the current build proves they combine cleanly.

Separate the three objectives

A normal clear teaches the current route and exit. The gate challenge adds coverage: every gate must be opened. S Rank adds an unknown score requirement. Trying to discover the sewers while satisfying all three makes it difficult to diagnose failure.

On your first run, read the objective and identify how the live interface marks gates. On a challenge run, track each gate by nearby landmark and route section, not by an estimated total. The official badge wording confirms “all the gates” but does not publish how many or where they are.

Map wet, similar corridors

Sewer corridors and chambers can be visually repetitive. Use large junctions, pipe arrangements, gate positions, elevation changes, or distinct rooms as anchors. Clear one loop completely before entering another. When a gate changes the route, note both sides it connects and whether it creates a new escape line.

Check the map at wider junctions. A narrow tunnel with only one return path is a poor place to pause. If a walkthrough shows a fixed gate order, compare it with the live build before relying on the sequence.

Manage Dread Ducky pressure

Dread Duckies are the named threat associated with Stranger Sewers in current HUNTED and franchise references. Their exact HUNTED camouflage, activation, spawn, speed, tracking, and attack rules are not established by the public Roblox records. Do not copy original-game radii or behavior as fact.

Treat suspicious spaces and sudden audio changes as reasons to preserve distance. Enter a new chamber with a known return route. If a threat blocks the way, use an already opened gate or loop rather than forcing a narrow passage. Record what the current build demonstrates, including difficulty and mode.

Earn Open Gate Policy

Begin from a fresh run if you cannot tell which gates remain. As you open a gate, attach it to a landmark: “gate beside the large junction” is more reproducible than “third gate.” Recheck side routes before advancing to the exit, and watch for an award notification without assuming it is immediate.

After the run, confirm Open Gate Policy on your Roblox profile. If the badge is absent, compare the live map with your list and look for a gate that was visible but not interacted with. Do not invent a fixed count from one video.

Prepare for Ducky Boss

The S Rank badge description confirms the rank, not its formula. Complete the stage, read every score field, and record the current result. Reduce route overlap and unnecessary gate revisits before pushing speed. If captures, deaths, shard completion, or time appear on the screen, vary one at a time.

Do not assume opening every gate improves S Rank; it may be a separate challenge. Only the live scoring screen can establish the relationship.

Recovery and exit checks

When the remaining objective is unclear, distinguish shards from gates and stage completion. A map can have no obvious pickup left while still requiring an interaction or exit. Follow the current objective text.

If a capture returns you to a checkpoint, verify which gates and collection progress remain. That persistence is version-sensitive. Continue only if the intended badge is still possible; otherwise use the attempt to map the next section and restart with better information.

Frequent errors

  • Counting gates from memory without pairing them with landmarks.
  • Pausing on the map in a narrow tunnel.
  • Treating Sewer Master, Open Gate Policy, and Ducky Boss as the same condition.
  • Importing Dread Ducky behavior from original Dark Deception.
  • Following an old video turn-for-turn after the live geometry or objective differs.

Next steps

Use the Dread Duckies guide for threat-specific observation and the Challenge Badges guide for Open Gate Policy. The S Rank guide explains how to build a current score record without guessing thresholds.

Verification status and sources

Official: place identity and the exact three badge goals. Community corroborated: Stranger Sewers is the duck/sewer stage and current players report it can differ substantially from the original. Needs in-game testing: all gate positions and count, shard route, Ducky behavior, checkpoints, completion sequence, and S Rank formula.
