HUNTED has a dedicated Roblox place named Hunted PvP (Place ID 122112904314480). Official badges confirm Monster and Mortal wins on four maps: Monkey Business, Elementary Evil, Deadly Decadence, and Pillar Pursuit. Those records prove the roles and win goals. They do not publish the current team size, role abilities, objective, item boxes, matchmaking, map rotation, tier system, or balance.
PvP map and role matrix
Enter PvP with a learning goal
On the first match, read the live mode panel before choosing a role. Identify the objective, match timer, team display, role abilities, item or pickup interface, and what the game calls a win. Do not treat the story-stage shard route as the PvP objective unless the current UI says so.
Choose one role to learn. For Monster, focus on how the map restricts or reveals Mortal movement. For Mortal, focus on objective progress, escape routes, teammate information, and survival. Exact role tasks vary by the live mode and are not settled by the badge names alone.
Story knowledge that transfers
Landmarks, junctions, dead ends, and broad map themes may help you orient. The Maps hub can teach the story-stage names, but PvP geometry or access can differ. A safe story route may become a predictable PvP lane, and an optional story room may serve a different competitive purpose.
Use map knowledge to name locations for teammates and plan rotations. Recheck every shortcut, blocked route, and interaction in the current PvP build.
Learn Monster and Mortal separately
The official badge pairs are useful because they encourage both perspectives. A Monster win teaches where Mortals slow down and which lanes create pressure. A Mortal win teaches where Monster pressure is strongest and which route keeps objective options open.
Do not assume the roles have symmetrical requirements. Read the current result screen and verify the correct badge on your profile. A team victory can still fail to award if the badge has a role, map, or participation boundary not met by your session.
Build a map callout system
Use stable landmarks rather than “left” and “right” alone. A callout should identify the area and direction of travel: lobby side, school hall, statue lane, pillar room, or another current visible landmark. Keep it short enough for active play.
Before relying on a callout, confirm the map version. Deadly Decadence is especially sensitive to spelling: official badges use both Deadly Decadence and the misspelled Deadly Decadance. Treat those records as the same official PvP intent, not two maps.
Items, abilities, and passes
Public sources do not completely document PvP item boxes or role abilities. Observe the live description, cooldown, range, and result before recommending a use. Do not copy an ability from Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals into HUNTED without current evidence.
Official Immortal Pass and Items Pass descriptions explicitly say they are disabled in PvP. Do not buy them to solve a competitive match. Portal Pass is an access product; its effect on PvP selection still needs current confirmation.
Team and solo queue checks
At match start, note team size, late joins, role assignment, and whether players share an objective. If the mode rotates maps, verify that your selected badge map is active before investing in a role-specific attempt. Public badge creation dates do not guarantee constant availability.
For a clean badge test, stay through the result screen and avoid switching roles if the mode allows it. Record the map and role exactly.
Win-badge verification
After a win, check the Roblox badge on your profile. The official badges are enabled on the check date. If the award is absent, verify the map spelling, role, match completion, and whether the session counted as a win. Do not infer a hidden tier requirement from one failure.
What still needs in-game testing
Team count, role selection, map pool, matchmaking, items, abilities, objectives, victory conditions, tie behavior, late joins, disconnects, tiers, rewards, balance, and map-specific tactics all need current tests. The four guide pages provide observation plans rather than fictional meta rankings.
Review a match in three passes
First review the opening: confirm the map label, assigned role, visible objective, team information, and any ability or item description. Second review the turning point: identify the lane, interaction, chase, or missed callout that changed control of the match. Third review the result: record the winner, your registered role, whether the match counted, and whether the expected badge appeared on the Roblox profile.
Do not change the entire plan after one loss. Test one improvement in the next matching session: a clearer callout, a safer rotation, earlier objective coverage, or a better-defined retreat lane. Because public evidence does not settle balance or kits, a repeatable decision is more valuable than an unsupported tier list.
Fair-play and account safety
Use only the controls and information presented by the current experience. Scripts that reveal players, automate collection, alter movement, or claim to force a role can compromise an account and make any observation useless. Off-platform offers for badge carries, pass codes, or account access are not part of the official game flow.
If a session appears broken, capture the public result and current UI without exposing account credentials, then rejoin through the official experience. A disconnect, late join, or missing badge from one match is not enough to invent a hidden matchmaking or tier rule.
